Ingredients

 

 

 

1 Deep Frying Oil
2 .1 teaspoon of miso yogurt (dry fried)
3 .4 cup spinach chopped 4 2 cup fresh fenugreek leaves (chopped)
5 .2 tablespoon oil
6 .1 tablespoon of tea
7 .2 cups onions (sliced)
8. Hang a teaspoon
9. A pinch of turmeric powder
10. One teaspoon of roasted red pepper
11. One teaspoon of dried coriander (washed)
12. One teaspoon ginger and green chilli paste
13. Salt as per taste
14. Cut a cup of cheese into cubes
15. One teaspoon Punjabi hot spice

 

 

 

Preparation recipe

 

 

 

 

 

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan
Deep fry the cubes of cheese in 2 oils until their sides turn golden brown.
3 Squeeze them
After squeezing 4 put them in a pot filled with warm water

6 Roast the dried mint leaves in a pan until they become tender

8 Wash the spinach and fresh mint leaves
